My husband and myself engaged Mr Eric Ng from BSD as our ID sometime in November 2021 and we are very happy with the excellent service, the quality of work and the follow ups. We went through 8 consultations with different ID firms who were not confident to commit to our timeline of completion ( 27/12/21-25/02/22), most of them asked for march to april 2022 as the completion date.There were the Xmas, New year and Chinese New Year Holidays, where the deadline was super tight for us to handover our old place to the new owners. Only Eric was confident of completing the renovation. Once we engaged him, a work schedule was given to us within 24 hours. We met up almost weekly in November 21, before the commencement of the actual renovation works to plan, purchase the tiles, sanitary items, lights, fans etc….. I would say that a picture speaks a thousand words and his designs here speak for itself. As Eric says, he doesn’t want to restrict our creativity and stick to a specific rigid theme. He engages us actively in the design of the house and we are really appreciative that we are both very much involved in the entire process. To end it off, I would say his pricing is very reasonable and he accomodates to our budget. By 28 Feb, 80% of the house was completed and by 01 Mar I could move in completely, with minor touch ups in the following week. Totally exceeded my expectations especially so in a COVID climate with workers shortage and Lunar New Year holiday season. Eric was busy, but made time to respond to our queries promptly and gave practical suggestions and solutions. Compared to many other ID firms who gave me fancy 3D diagrams and acceded to all our requests (without thinking of the practicality of it), Eric gives a realistic, down-to-earth solution to what you want/need. 100% recommended!
